Appointments:
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical
procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. But like humans, pets
do not synchronize their illnesses and medical needs with an appointment book
and sometimes surgical procedures, extended appointments, and emergencies may
delay our schedule. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt
to see each patient on time. A phone call is appreciated by all if an
appointment needs to be rescheduled.
Early
Service & Extended Hours:
Arrangements can be made to leave your
pet for the day (dropped off as early as 7:00 am) to receive services. This
has proven to be very convenient for those owners who are unable to come
during appointment hours due to work schedules or other scheduling issues.
There is no additional charge for this service. We are also open late
evenings during the week for scheduled appointments.
Surgery
& Anesthesia Appointments:
Those patients being admitted for a
surgery or anesthetic procedure should be fasted before admission. Pets should
eat dinner the night before, but should then have any remaining food and
water taken away at 10:00 pm. We ask that you drop off your pet between 7:00
and 8:00 am the morning of their appointment.
